Thanks to our wonderful book keepers

Sadly we say good bye to Beauy girl Karen Healy who has been keeping Wild Mountains books for some 6 years or more. It was always a delight to see Karen up here fortnightly going about her business freezing in the office during Winter (and Autumn and part of Spring) and cheerily keeping us in order as well as bringing up some morning tea treats from her place of work.

Unfortunately Karen’s workload precludes her continuing on in the job so she has finally hung up her pen. We thank her deeply for her work and financial support and wish her well on the next stage of her journey which might see her too far away in WA.

And... luckily the world has provided yet again. We are excited that an even more local girl Libby Murphy from Tamrookum is taking over where Karen left off. Libby is just completing her book keeping degree and is familiar with our accounting software so over the last wee while has managed to get her head around Wild Mountains finances and will no doubt keep us in order.

Looking forward to the next chapter.
